IVEX WinBoard file ==> con14-10.brd (not included in PCB fab package)

NOTE: Origin is the upper left hand corner (0,0) with X positive to the right and Y positive down (NOT the lower 
left hand corner with X positive to the right and Y positive up).  This convention will cause the Excellon drill file 
(irremote.th) to appear mirrored about the X axis.  Either mirror and align the drill files with the Gerber files or 
drill from the solder side.
